Agnivesha Ayrvedha Anusthana

Agnivesha Ayurveda Foundation

Indians have aced the field of healthcare since our ancestral times through the system of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a system that not only cures illness, but also ensures stabilization of the physical system without any side effects. However, the world of medicine is today adhering to the preferences of people who seek quick impact on their problems, as opposed to slow yet lasting solutions.

In order to reconstitute the importance of Ayurveda, bring together Doctors of Ayurveda and introduce the various dimensions of Ayurveda to the world, Agnivesha Ayurveda Anushtana (Service) was initiated. This service is a part of the Rashtrotthana Healthcare Centre and has been functioning as the collaborative unit for all Ayurveda enthusiasts since 26 years.

Agnivesha Ayurveda Anushtana is active in 13 districts of Karnataka including Bellari, Belguam, Gadag, Bagalkot, Kalburgi, Mysuru and Bengaluru; consisting of 350 Ayurveda experts as members. To further enable Ayurveda doctors to serve the community better, and strengthen the impact of Ayurveda in India, the wing holds monthly lectures/conferences (CME) where ideas and information are exchanged. These monthly workshops deliver information regarding Ayurvedic treatment of various physical ailments such as diabetes. There are also occasional free Ayurveda facilities and workshops organised for the common public.

In observance of Dhanvantari Jayanti, a state level conference is organised every year for 2-3 days. Alongside exchange of quality information, this platform also recognises and felicitates elder experts in the field of Ayurveda who have served the community notably.
